Description
Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, manages, and provides oversight for the overall administrative services operations within SBCAG including administration, finance, human resources and information technologies. Manages several funding and compliance programs, provides highly responsible and complex professional assistance to the Executive Director in areas of expertise; and performs related work as required.

$166,764.07 – $202,702.77 Annually
Administrative Assistant (I/II/III)

Description
Under direct or general supervision, performs a variety of routine to complex office administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties in support of SBCAG operations, including document preparation, records management, and data entry; provides general clerical support throughout the organization; interacts frequently with the public and provides information or directs questions and requests to the appropriate staff; and performs other duties as required.

Accounting Technician (I/II/III)

Description
Under direct or general supervision, provides support for financial and procurement functions by carrying out the procurement process for supplies, equipment, professional services, capital acquisitions and construction projects for a public agency in compliance with government procurement laws, regulations, and procedures. Performs contract administration and project management support. Performs technical accounting and financial recordkeeping work in a variety of accounting functions including accounts payable, cash management analysis and reconciliations. Performs related work as requested.
Salary Range
$66,883.57 – $104,057.55 Annually
