Draft 2025 Federal Transportation Improvement Program Released for Public Review

Public review of the Draft 2025 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) is set to begin on August 7, and includes an in-person hearing on August 15.
This program outlines federally funded surface transportation projects planned to begin in Santa Barbara County within the next four to five years. At the upcoming SBCAG Board of Directors public hearing, community members will have the opportunity to learn more about the program and provide comments in-person or through remote virtual participation options.

Details on how to participate remotely will be published on the SBCAG Board of Directors agenda at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Public Comment
The public comment period begins August 7, 2024. Comments on the FTIP can be submitted to SBCAG at the public hearing and/or in writing until 4 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024.
Written comments can be submitted via U.S. Postal Service to SBCAG at 260 North San Antonio Road, Suite B, Santa Barbara, CA 93110; or electronically by emailing info@sbcag.org.
